Dean earned a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the University of Western Ontario.  He is also a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), a member of the Project Management Institute and has his Project Management Professional (PMP) designation.

Dean has over twenty years’ experience in financial systems consulting / implementation and network architecture / administration with a superior record of delivering large-scale, mission-critical projects. Prior to joining Sparkrock, Dean worked as an Enterprise Engagement Manager at Blackbaud delivering Blackbaud CRM solutions in the Higher Education and Cause and Cure NFP market sectors.

In previous roles, Dean successfully managed large scale ERP/CRM implementations; provided strategic direction on sector product innovation, and ensured compliance with Ministry Requirements in Higher Education and K-12.
