Debra brings over 30 years in public education in Ontario with 3 public school boards in both the English public and English Catholic sectors. She has held various positions within Human Resources and Labour relations and is currently the Executive Officer of HR for the Halton District School Board. She serves as Chief Negotiator and oversees a department of 50 staff in the areas of staffing and recruitment, labour relations, health and safety, disability management, wellness, payroll and benefits. Debra recently worked with the OPSBA team during the inaugural round of provincial bargaining where she was present at 7 bargaining tables. Debra's provincial work includes terms on the OASBO and COSHRO board of directors and various provincial committees.
